The fees and charges listed in this section apply to clients and solicitors that require that our services for contact to which use will be funded by the client's own funds paid by them directly or through their solicitor .
If one party requests a quotation for supported contact, there will be a fee for the additional administration time taken for the production of a quotation for supported contact . Contact visits will not be assigned until we have received the quotation signed as confirmation of funding.
Families of 1-2 children:

For families of 1 or 2 children

For families of 3 children or more

Induction fee is payable in advance when induction meetings for clients is arranged. No visits will be arranged until induction fee is paid.

For all other collect and return visits:
per visit on day for individual party.
per visit on day if costs to be shared equally between parties.
Overnight contacts to which the centre is used for for both days are treated as two separate visits.
The Centre will not process client to intake stage without receipt of both parties' completed induction forms. No dates will be put in place until clients have completed the intake process and payment of induction fees. The delay between the original request and intake visit is dependent on how quickly the Centre receives forms and fees.
For clients that are self funding, payment of visit fees must be made either in a full block at the start of contact or 24 hours prior to each individual visit
Full fees will be payable.
In the case of long term illness, when a medical certificate will be required to support the absence, a 50% charge will be applied to retain place.
There is no cancellation fee applied to collect and return. Full fee is payable in all cases.
Visits where one party failed to attend with no explanation being offered will be charged full visit fee together with an administration fee of £35.00. These charges will be levied on the person failing to attend.
This can be provided at a cost of £75.00 per visit block, payable in advance. The centre will require seven working days notice to prepare the record. Letters requested by clients will incur an administration charge of £35.00.
If the court requests a report on supported contact / collection services, the following will apply:
Families of 1 to 3 children:
Families of 4 or more children
Factual notes from contact session and overview of sessions - £350.00
This must be agreed in advance of contact commencing and be included in the interlocutor.
